Key Responsibilities:

  • Updating information
  • Indexing and validating claims
  • Profiling information to appropriate file(s)
  • Processing approved payments
  • Other duties as needed

Key Requirements:

  • Completion of a college diploma or university degree in Office Administration or Business
  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer service environment
  • Highly organized with strong accuracy and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
