Front Desk Administrator
We’re currently seeking a Front Desk Administrator for a contract opportunity with our client in Dartmouth. Being the first point of contact, an ideal candidate thrives in a busy and customer-oriented environment.
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Assisting with inquiries and providing general information
- Maintaining accurate filing
- Processing invoices and helping with financial reports
- Logging information into various databases
- Other general administrative support as required
- Post-secondary education in business or office administration at a college level
- At least 1 year in a similar role
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
