We are seeking Administrative Support for a number of contract opportunities within the HRM. Successful candidates will be responsible for several administrative tasks and have sound decision making skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of general correspondence
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Handling travel arrangements
  • Scanning and filing
  • Data entry
  • Other duties as required

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary education in business or office administration
  • 2+ years’ experience in an administrative position
  • Equivalent combination of training and experience will also be considered
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Superior organization skills
