We’re currently seeking Administrative Support for a contract opportunity with our client, a busy organization at their Halifax office.
- Issuing purchase orders
- Managing client files and documentation
- Preparing and formatting documents
- Conducting data entry in software system
- Filing and tracking documentation
- Other administrative support as needed
- Post-secondary education in business or office administration
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Professional demeanor
- Strong technical ability
- Excellent attention to detail and time management
