Our client is seeking a Part Time Administrative Assistant for a contract opportunity. Located in Dartmouth, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support on a part time basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering and directing calls
  • Greeting clients
  • Processing mail
  • Assisting in maintenance of office equipment
  • Maintaining files within electronic system
  • Aiding with boardroom schedule General administrative support

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary education in business or office administration considered an asset
  • At least 1 year of related experience
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail
  • Calm and professional communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and Quickbooks
