Our client, an established, successful company, is seeking an immediate Administrative Associate for a contract opportunity in Halifax. Working within the Operations team, the successful candidate is someone who can multitask effectively while remaining organized and focused.
- Processing work orders
- Assisting with incoming calls and correspondence
- Entering and analyzing data
- Supporting team with other administrative duties
- Post-secondary education in business or office administration
- 1-year of experience in a similar support role
- Strong familiarity with MS Office, specifically within Excel
- Calm and professional communication skills and ability to multi-task effectively
- Ability to work in a team setting with an impeccable attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
