Part-Time Administrative Assistant

Our client is seeking a Part-Time Administrative Assistant for an excellent opportunity in Halifax. The successful candidate will have excellent organization skills and thrive on providing support for this dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Booking and coordinating international and domestic travel
  • Tracking, reconciling, and reporting expenses
  • Electronic and physical file maintenance
  • Registering for relevant conferences & webinars
  • Data entry and database management
  • Planning and organizing social activities
  • Other duties as required

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary office administration course from a recognized institution
  • 1-3 years of administrative support experience
  • Superior organizational skills, with excellent attention to detail and time management
  • Proficiency in using MS Office Suite
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
