Administrative Support

Our client is seeking Administrative Support for a position within their Dartmouth office. This is a contract role with potential to go permanent. Demonstrating a professional demeanor and strong communication skills, you enjoy maintaining an organized business environment and providing essential support within a busy office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scanning and filing documents
  • Document preparation and verification
  • Updating and maintaining records
  • Maintaining office supply inventory
  • Answering phones and emails
  • Other duties as required

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years’ experience in an administrative role
  • Proficient using various technologies
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as a member of a team
  • Ability to prioritize and change tasks frequently
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
