Our client is seeking a Receptionist for a permanent opportunity at their Bedford office. The successful candidate has a positive outlook and enjoys working in a busy and dynamic environment.
- Greeting and welcoming visitors
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Entering accounts payable invoices
- General administrative support as needed
- Post-secondary experience in business or office administration
- 1-2 years’ experience in an administrative role
- Excellent organizational skills
- Proven ability to consistently meet deadlines
- Team player with strong communication skills
