We’re currently seeking Office Support for a contract opportunity with our client, a busy and dynamic organization at their Halifax office.  

Responsibilities:

  • Issuing purchase orders
  • Conducting data entry in software system
  • Filing and tracking documentation
  • Other administrative support as needed

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary education in business or office administration
  • At least 6 months’ experience in a similar role
  • Strong technical ability
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management
