We’re currently seeking an Administrative Associate for a permanent opportunity in Halifax. This is a busy role with a variety of administrative responsibilities. The successful candidate is someone who has strong attention to detail and organizational skills within the finance industry.

Key responsibilities:

  • Maintaining client portfolios
  • Responding to ad hoc requests from the management team
  • Entering information into software system
  • Processing documents and ensuring compliance
  • Other duties as required

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary education in business or office administration
  • 1 year’ experience in a similar support role
  • Above average time management and organization skills
  • Strong ability to work in a team setting with an impeccable attention to detail
  • Completion of CSC considered an asset
