We’re currently seeking a Receptionist for a short-term contract opportunity in Dartmouth. The successful candidate is someone who can multitask effectively while remaining organized and focused.
- Acting as first point of contact for the office
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Processing mail and managing courier services
- Filing and organizing documents
- Other duties as required
- Post-secondary education in business or office administration
- At least 1-year experience in a similar role
- Above average time management skills and reliability
- Personable, professional and able to multi-task
- Strong technical ability
