Junior Administrative Assistants

Our clients, located within HRM, are looking for qualified Junior Administrative Assistants for both permanent and contract opportunities.

With experience working in an office environment, you are comfortable with responsibilities including, but not limited to:

  • Responding to inquiries and answering incoming calls
  • Data-entry and maintaining databases
  • Ordering office supplies
  • Scheduling meetings and arranging catering
  • Other support functions as required

Requirements:

  • Completion of a diploma program with a focus on business administration
  • Highly organized with strong communication skills
  • Willing to take on new challenges with a confident and mature attitude
  • Flexible and work well independently while appreciating team-oriented work environments
