We’re currently seeking Office Support for an immediate, short-term opportunity with our client, a local organization at their Halifax office.  

Responsibilities:

  • Organizing mail
  • Conducting data entry in software system
  • Filing documentation
  • Other clerical support as needed

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary education in business or office administration
  • At least 6 months’ experience in a similar role
  • Professional demeanour
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management
