Our client, an agency of the Province of Nova Scotia, is seeking a Front Desk Clerk for a contract opportunity for their Halifax location. The successful candidate will posses excellent customer service skills and enjoys working in a client-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • First point of contact for visitors
  • Answering inquiries and providing general information
  • Managing reception
  • Other clerical duties as needed

Key Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • An excellent level of professionalism, interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as necessary
  • Strong proficiency in computer skills
  • French knowledge considered an asset
