Our client, a highly reputable and established organization in the health services industry, is seeking a Receptionist for their Halifax location. This is a contract opportunity for two months.
As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for providing daily administrative support to the busy and dynamic office. Your duties will include handling and directing incoming calls, drafting and reviewing professional correspondence, mail management, as well as other general office duties as assigned.
As the ideal candidate, you have post-secondary education in the administrative field and at least one year relevant experience. You possess a professional phone manner, superior customer service skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
