We’re currently seeking an Administrative Support for a 4-week contract opportunity in Halifax. Reporting to the Program Coordinator, you will work at the front desk and act as the first point of contact for visitors. Responsibilities will include answering all inquiries, providing general information, managing reception, and other clerical duties as needed.
- 1 - 2 years’ experience in a similar role

- Excellent customer service skills

- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- French knowledge would be considered an asset
