Our client is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant for their location in Halifax. This is a contract opportunity for approximately 3 weeks.
As the Administrative Assistant, you will provide key support for the organization’s regulatory filing. This involves preparing and formatting documents, uploading documents, processing incoming requests, and various administrative tasks as assigned.
The ideal candidate combines a relevant post-secondary education with a minimum of five years’ experience in an administrative role. A fast learner, you combine excellent organizational skills with superior attention to detail and focus. In addition, you possess strong technical skills and you exhibit discretion and professionalism at all times. The ability to work flexible hours will be required.
