Front Desk Administrator
Our client, an agency of the Province of Nova Scotia, is seeking an experienced Front Desk Administrator for their Halifax location. This is a contract opportunity for approximately 8 weeks. Some evening and weekend shifts are required.
As the successful candidate, you will work on the main Information Desk and will act as the first point of contact for visitors. Responsibilities will include answering all inquiries, providing general information, managing reception and other clerical duties as needed.
As the ideal candidate, you have previous experience in a similar role. With a professional phone manner and excellent customer service skills, you enjoy working in a client-focused environment. You have outstanding organizational skills, a keen eye for detail and exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. French knowledge would be considered an asset. Strong computer skills are required and flexibility to work evenings and weekends is necessary.
